Großes 20 qm Zimmer mit hohen Decken und Dielenboden. Alle Möbel und so die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind bleiben drin und kosten 250 € abschlag. Das Zimmer ist nach Norden zum Rhönring ausgerichtet. Daher ist es im Sommer schön kühl. Ab und zu wird mal von den Fenstern gegenüber refektiert, sonst muss man in die Küche zum Sonnen. Im Hinterhof kann man z.B chillen und grillen oder was auch immer du da machen willst.
Large 20 sqm bedroom in prewar building, Furnished with a doublebed (140cm matress), large desk , wardrobe and a shelv. The room is on the ground floor witch is eleveted and separated from street level giving the room enough privacy and a nice view. The northern exposure makes for good natural lighting suitable for a work environment, while keeping the room cool during the hot sommer months. The wooden board floor and white walls make the interior warm and give the room cozy atmosphere. The Apartment building also has a small Backyard which can be used for barbequing during the sommer.
Am Rand vom Martinsviertel direkt gegenüber vom Bürgerpark. Im 5 min Radius gibt es mehr als genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Bus und Bahn sind in max. 5 min zu erreichen. Falls du ein Auto hast, hast du auch genug Auswahl an Parkplätzen und wirst nie lange suchen müssen. Der Herrngarten ist auch maximal 5 min weg. Zur h da braucht man 15 min mit dem Rad, zur TU 5 und zur Lichtwiese auch ca. 15. Perfekt also.
Good positioning, just north of Darmstadts central area in Martinsviertel. The neighbourhood is quiet yet lively, thanks to its proximity to the city center, 15 minute walking distance to Campus Stadmitter, 20 minutes to Luisenplatz. Bürgerpark-Nord (10 minutes away.) offers a variety of oudoors and freetime activites. There is free car parking just 5 minutes away from the apartment building and the closest busstop is a short 10 minute walk. Closest Supermarket is a REWE just around the corner (5 minute walk).
Deine Mitbewohner sind Tim und Gabriel. Beide sind oft untwerwegs, wenn man sich aber mal trifft spricht nichts gegen ein ausgedehntes Gespräch, zusammen kochen, Karten spielen, zum Badesee radeln etc. Du solltest aber kein Rassist, Sexist oder ein anderweitiges Arschloch sein.
Yor flatmates would be Tim and Gabriel. They are often busy, but when you see each other they enjoy talking, cooking, playing cards, going for a bike ride to a lake etc. You shouldn´t be a racist, sexist or an idiot elsewhere.
Wichtig: Nur Studenten und nur wenn du planst, noch länger in Darmstadt zu bleiben und nicht direkt nach paar Monaten wieder abhaust.
