Hallo Zusammen,
da ich im April umziehen werde, suche ich eine Nachmieter/in für mein schönes, gemütliches Zimmer in der Erbacher Straße in Darmstadt Stadtmitte. Die WG setzt sich zusammen aus zwei Personen.
Bevorzugt suchen wir ein neues Mitglied, welches das Zimmer langfristig braucht. Das Zimmer wird ab dem 01. April 2020 frei werden, ein Parkplatz kann angemietet werden.
Warmmiete 370 Euro
Dazu kommt noch eine Abschlagszahlung für die Küche 350 Euro.
Also insgesamt 710 Euro plus Kaution.

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Haltestelle Alexanderstraße/TU) 2 min zu Fuß , Ostbahnhof, Jugendstilbad). In die Stadt läuft man ca. 5 Minuten, Supermärkte und Ärzte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn man im Sommer mal entspannen möchte, sind es nur 10 Minuten zum Woogs See.
