-There is a sink in the room, thus you can enjoy your private space for washing face, brushing teeth, and make-up.
-Furnished: double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, beads sofa. (If you need, you can buy a desk lamp and printer from me at a low price.)
-Small items in the room: plastic laundry basket, small fan, hangers, extension cord, small bookcase
-3 minutes walk to the bus station. It takes only 6 minutes to Darmstadt train station and 10 minutes to the city center by bus.
-3 minutes walk to the supermarket (Rewe, Penny, ALDI)
-10 minutes walk to the park
-Back garden: You can not only grow flowers but BBQ in the garden. On the other hand, we have to weed and take care of the garden.
-Living room: a sofa and a TV. It can also be used as a guest room.
-Fully equipped kitchen: including oven, gas fryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher
-Basement: washing machine, dryer, another refrigerator
-Besides the toilet in the bathroom, there is another toilet on the ground floor.
-There is a parking space attached to the house, but it is currently used by one of us.
-Everyone is responsible for keeping the environment clean. Especially the kitchen and bathroom must be cleaned up after use.
-Your flatmates are three girls: a German (student), a Taiwanese (works), and a Chinese (student)
-The main communication language is English. (It’s good if you can speak German or Mandarin.)
-We have many activities together, so we hope to find someone who can get along well with us.
-In order to know more about you, please write a self-introduction letter in English. (Including background, hobby, neatness, the experience of WG-living, etc.) Once you send me the letter, I'll reply as soon as possible.
-Because of the Coronavirus, we'd love to interview via Skype.
