Miguel vermietet hier sein wunderschönen möblierten WG Zimmer im Johannisviertel in die Zeit wo er sich im Ausland befinden wird.
In deinem Zimmer wirst du Morgens von der Sonne geweckt, die durch zwei große, nach Osten ausgerichtete, Fenster scheint. Der Dielenboden und die hohen Decken bringen den typischen Altbaucharme in den 16qm großen, hellen und recht quadratisch geschnittenen Raum.
Im Zimmer gibt es einen Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischlampe, Bürostühl, eine kleine Kommode und ein selbsgebauten Palettenschrank. :)
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte besser nicht sein – Die Viktoriastraße ist trotz der sehr guten Anbindung und Nähe zu ÖPNV, Supermärkte Parks und Innenstadt, sehr ruhig.
Das WG-Leben ist locker und entspannt. Es folgt dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Die Wohnung wirst du dir mit Ida, Basti und Lars teilen. Mehr gerne im Gespräch : )
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Waschkeller und eine Spülmaschine in der Küche. Der Innenhof kann zum Verweilen genutzt werden : )
