Hi, dein Zimmer hat knapp 15qm, ist rechteckig geschnitten und mit Parkettboden ausgestattet. Aktuell ist das Zimmer noch vermietet, würde aber nach Absprache kurzfristig frei werden. In dem Zimmer ist an der Wand eine Kleiderstange befestigt, welche aber auch problemlos entfernt werden kann, falls Du einen Kleiderschrank bestitzt. Momentan ist das Zimmer noch voll eingerichtet, wird aber unmöbliert vermietet. Die Küche ist mit einem Herd und Ofen voll ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 495 Euro.

Hi, the room has just under 15sqm, is rectangular cut and equipped with parquet flooring. Currently, the room is still rented, but would be available by arrangement in the short term. In the room there is a clothes rail attached to the wall, which can be easily removed if you have a closet. Currently, the room is fully furnished, but is rented unfurnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven. A washing machine is also available. The total rent is 495 euros.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone, mitten im Herzen der Stadt, direkt um die Ecke des Staatstheaters. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe gibts es genügend in alle Richtungen.

The situation could not be better. Right in the heart of the city, right in the shopping area, just around the corner from the State Theatre. There is plenty of public transport in the immediate vicinity in all directions.
In den letzten 8 Jahren habe ich die Wohnung für mich allein (sehr wenig) genutzt, ich war viel auf Reisen und habe rund um die Uhr gearbeitet. Das hat sich etwas geändert. Seit 2019 studiere ich angewandte Informatik, begleitend zu meiner Selbstständigkeit, an der Hochschule Darmstadt und bin voraussichtlich 3-4 Monate im Jahr auf Formentera..
In meiner "Freizeit" gehe ich gerne in die Natur, mache Sport (Jiu-Jitsu, Yoga), liebe aber auch leckeres Essen/Trinken (war 10 Jahre in der Gastronomie selbstständig). Ich bin wissenschaftsliebend, technikbegeistert mit Businessinstinkt und naturaffin.
Ich suche eine herzliche und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner. Gemeinsames Kochen, entspannte Gespräche bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier gehören für mich zu einem guten WG-Leben dazu, Rücksichtnahme wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben will ist natürlich selbstverständlich.
PS: Ich habe eine unheimlich liebe Hündin (grauer Labrador-Weimaraner). Sie ist 3,5 Jahre jung und absolut liebenswert. Das wirst du hoffentlich bald feststellen :)

For the last 8 years, I have used the apartment for myself (very little), I have been traveling a lot and have worked around the clock. That has changed a bit. Since 2019, besides my self-employment I have been studying applied computer science at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, Germany. I am expected generally to be away 2-4 months a year.
In my "free time" I like to go out into nature, do sports (Jiu-Jitsu, yoga) and also love delicious food/drink (I have spent my last 10 years in gastronomy). I love science, technology, business and nature.
I am looking for a warm and open-minded roommate. Cooking together, relaxed conversations with a glass of wine or beer are part of a good life in a shared flat, consideration when you want to have some peace and quiet is a matter of course.
BTW: I have an incredibly lovely doggo (grey Labrador Weimaraner). She is 3,5 years young and absolutely lovely. Hopefully, you will find out soon :)
