Das Zimmer ist ca.18m2 groß, hell und ruhig, mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl möbliert.
WLAN ist natürlich verfügbar.
Küche ist klein aber praktisch, man hat was man braucht.
Waschmaschinen sind im Keller.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 4 Minuten Fußweg von Rhein-/Neckarstraße Straßenbahn Haltestelle entfernt, zwischen Hauptbahnhof Darmstadt und Luisenplatz.
Sehr zentral und praktisch für Studenten an der Hochschule sowie an der TU (und sogar für mich an der Goethe Universität in Frankfurt).
Ich bin Ghaith, dein neuer Mitbewohner. Ich bin 25, studiere Mathematik und arbeite in Frankfurt. Während Vorlesungszeiten verbringe ich oft den ganzen Tag in Frankfurt, deswegen wirst du mich nicht so oft sehen. Ich bin sehr gerne dabei für was gemeinsames zu unternehmen, leider meine Zeiten passen momentan nicht sehr gut dazu.
Der Vermieter, Immobilien Vermitlungs Service Thomas Fischbach, verlangt Finanznachweise (Arbeitsvertrag oder Sonstiges) für den Mietvertrag.
