Helles 18qm Zimmer in toller 5er-WG (140qm)

Unsere WG befindet sich an der Stadtteilgrenze von Bessungen zur Innenstadt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Eschollbrücker Straße befindet sich quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Von hier fahren direkte Straßenbahnlinien zum HBF sowie zum zentralen Luisenplatz. In Laufdistanz befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsgelegenheiten (REWE, mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder den Öffis ist man innerhalb von 5 Min bei Aldi, DM, Netto, Alnatura oder Penny). Der Luisenplatz ist fußläufig 15 min entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof 20 min. Mit allen anderen Verkehrsmittel geht das natürlich deutlich schneller.

Our WG is located at the district boundary of Bessungen to the city center. The tramway stop Eschollbrücker Straße is practically right in front of the front door. From there are direct lines to the main station and to the central Luisenplatz. Within walking distance there are several shopping opportunities (REWE, by bike, car or public transport you can reach Aldi, DM, Netto, Alnatura or Penny within 5 minutes). The Luisenplatz is 15 minutes away on foot, the main station 20 minutes. With all other means of transport it is of course much faster.

Wir leben zusammen auf zwei Stockwerken, die durch eine Treppe in der Wohnung verbunden sind. Dein Zimmer befindet sich im 1 o.g. zusammen mit dem Zimmer von Johnny und Franchesca. Wir teilen uns dort zu dritten großes Tageslichtbad und eine extra Toilette. Du, Franci und Jonathan haben ihr eigenes Bad und Toilette.

Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine!), sowie Ess- und Wohnzimmer, außerdem gibt es einen Garten, den wir vor allem im Sommer öfters zum Grillen benutzen sowie einen Fahrradstellplatz vor dem Haus und im Keller.

Franci (Italien) ist noch im Begriff Deutsch zu lernen. Daher sprechen wir oft Englisch.

Wir sind ein bunt zusammengewürfelter Haufen aus Menschen mit unterschiedlichsten Interessen (Musik, klettern, Akroyoga, ausgehen, ...), die teilweise noch studieren und teilweise schon arbeiten. Wir versuchen so oft wie möglich gemeinsame WG-Abende zu machen, bei denen wir kochen, Spiele spielen oder Filme schauen. Einige WG-Ausflüge (Kanu, Bogenschießen, Adventure Golf) liegen auch hinter uns.

We live together on two floors, which are connected by stairs in the apartment. Your room is on the second floor together with Johnny and Franchesca's room. There we share a big bathroom with a window and an extra toilet. You, Franci and Jonathan have their own bathroom and toilet on the same floor. There's an extra bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor.

Apart from that, the apartment has everything you could wish for. We have a common kitchen (incl. dishwasher!), as well as dining and living room, there is also a garden, which we use especially in the summer often for barbecues and a bicycle parking space in front of the house and in the basement.

Franci (Italy) is still learning German. Therefore we often speak English.

We are a mixture of people with different interests (music, climbing, acroyoga, going out, ...), who are partly still studying and partly already working. As often as possible, we try to have communal evenings together, where we cook, play games or watch movies. Some WG excursions (canoeing, archery, adventure golf) are also behind us.

Wir wünschen uns eine/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die Lust auf ein aktives WG-Leben hat. Natürlich haben wir alle unsere Privatsphäre, aber wir möchten auch ab und zu (sofern es unsere Terminkalender zulassen) gemeinsame WG-Abende verbringen. Wenn du lieber durchgehend für dich bist und/oder ein WG-Zimmer nur aus Kostengründen suchst, dann suchen wir dich nicht.

Wir freuen uns über eine Nachricht von dir, die eine kurze Beschreibung von dir enthält. Nachrichten à la "Habe Interesse am Zimmer, wann kann ich vorbeikommen" werden wir ignorieren. Da Francesca mit dem Deutsch noch nicht so sicher ist, wäre eine Nachricht auf Englisch super :).

We would like to have a roommate who is interested in an active life in a WG. Of course, we all have our privacy, but we would also like to spend evenings together from time to time (if our schedules allow). If you prefer to be by yourself all the time and/or are looking for a room in a shared flat just for financial reasons, we are not looking for you.

We would be happy to receive a message from you with a short description of yourself. We will ignore messages like "I am interested in the room, when can I come by". Since Francesca is not yet so confident with German, a message in English would be great :).
