The house super well located in Darmstadt is ready for rent from 7th Mai (date negotiable)
Now there are three girls living in the house, one Taiwanese girl and two German girls. We are looking for the fourth roommate to take over my room.
The house contains a living room, two toilets, a shower, a kitchen, a basement, a garage, a parking place, and a garden.
The house has its own washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, air fryer, oven, and other appliances. The rent is 360 Euros per month in total, including all costs such as utility bills, internet bills, etc. (the costs may fluctuate slightly depending on the specific electricity usage)
My room is on the ground floor with the kitchen and toilet on the same floor. Besides, there is a big winter garden that belongs to my room. If you want to go to our sharing garden outside, you can also go through the winter garden from the room.
The room is 16 M2. All the furniture belongs to me. In the room, there is a double bed (2m*1m4) with a mattress, a wardrobe, a big desk, a chair, a night table, a shelf, and a mirror. In the winter garden, there is a long table and a cane chair. The furniture cost 450€ in total.
The house is close to the transport station.
You can reach bus H within 2 minutes and Tram 7/8 within 8 minutes.
With bus H, you can go to Hbf in 2 min or luisenplatz in 15 min. If you prefer walking like me, then you just take 13min to Hbf and 30 min to LuisePlatz :)
There are a lot of supermarkets nearby. Penny, Aldi, turkey butcher 5 minutes walk. Real, Rewe 8 minutes by foot.
The roommates are very nice. They speak well both English and German. It is perfect for students/young professionals. We have all the equipment for the barbeque. And we have bought an air inflation swimming pool for fun :) It is super cool to have cold beer and barbecue in your hand and sitting in the pool during the summer. In the garden, there are 3 plum trees, I used to prepare some homemade jam and some alcohol with the fruits. Be cause every year we have tooooo many plums!!! >.< Especially during the covid, these little things become so important :)
During the epidemic, you can come to visit with a mask or visit online :)
