Hallo zusammen!
Bei uns wird demnächst ein Zimmer frei und wir freuen uns auf einen neuen Mitbewohner/in.
Dein neues Zimmer ist ca. 16m^2 groß und verfügt über 2 große Fenster, wodurch es sehr hell ist. Es hat keine Dachschrägen, sodass du deine Möbel gut unterbringen kannst. Die Wohnung liegt im 3 Stock und wird ausschließlich von WGs bewohnt. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern + Küche + Flur und Bad. Außerdem verfügen wir über einen Fahrradkeller mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ;)
Perfekt für den Sommer ist auch der Balkon, die alle WGs ohne Mietzusatz nutzen können.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral ca. 1 min zu Fuß und 5 Minuten Luisenplatz, dem Hauptumsteigepunkt des ÖPNV. Die TU Lichtwiese erreicht du innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus oder mit dem Rad. Eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt um die Ecke.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Igor (28) Max (20) und Thomas (Eine Katze) . Man kann hier seine/ihre Ruhe haben ab und zu kann man sich treffen und ein bisschen quatschen am Balkon oder in der Küche ;)
