Es handelt sich um ein helles, möbliertes Zimmet mit ein Fenster. Obwohl das Zimmer nur 11 Quadratmeter groß ist, ist es recht komfortabel und geräumig. Das Zimmer ist recht ruhig und leise. Ich wohne seit einem Jahr und habe keine größeren Probleme mit meinem Zimmer gehabt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich genau an der Bushaltestelle am Schloss, also in sehr zentraler Lage. Geschäfte wie Tegut, Netto, Aldi und Rewe sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Darmstädter Fußgängerzone ist nur eine Minute entfernt und die Herrngartena ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung wird von mir (Studentin) und Gianluca (Student der Publizist). Das Zusammenleben der Wg konnte als entspannt und unproblematisch bezeichnet werden.
