Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes WG Zimmer vom 15.02.2021 bis 31.03.2022 unter, da ich ein Praktikum in einer anderen Stadt mache.
Das Zimmer ist super geschnitten und komplett ausgestattet. Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und Kommode stehen dir zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist ebenso komplett ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner sind ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Im Preis ist übrigens alles inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Woogsviertel. Die Bahnstation Roßdörfer Platz ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen (ich schaffe es, wenn es knapp wird in 2min). Die Innenstadt erreicht min in ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug.
Das Zimmer liegt in Richtung einer ruhigen Straße, man hört also von draußen nicht viel.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Stella und Kira. Mit den beiden läuft alles super. Die beiden würden sich freuen, wenn ihr mal etwas unternehmt, aber ist natürlich kein muss.
Es wäre auch möglich, das Zimmer ein paar Tage früher oder spät zu übernehmen. Wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne bei mir. :)
