Ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin / einen Zwischenmieter für mein schönes helles Zimmer in der 3 er WG sehr zentral in Darmstadt Mitte. Es handelt sich um ein 18 qm MÖBLIERTES Zimmer mit einem Fenster Richtung Süden.
Das Zimmer steht ab 01.10 zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer wirst du ein bequemes Einzelbett, einen Schlafsofa, Kleiderschrank, Arbeitstisch (ohne Monitor) und einen Stuhl haben. Deshalb hast du schon alles was du brauchst und brauchst nur deine persönliche Sachen mitzubringen. Auch das Internet funktioniert gut und ist in der Miete mit inbegriffen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und alles kann mitbenutzt werden inkl. der Waschmaschine und Esstisch sowie unseren netten Balkon mit Tisch und Stühle.
Die Miete plus Nebenkosten betragen hier 370€, dazu kommen die jährliche Nachzahlungen, die hier mit 20€ berücksichtigt werden plus eine Pauschale für die Möblierung des Zimmers in Höhe von 30€.

I am looking for an interim tenant for my beautiful bright room in the 3-room shared flat, very central in Darmstadt down town. It is an 18 sqm room with a window facing south.
The room is available from 01.02. In the room you will have a comfortable single bed, a convertible sofa-bed, a closet, work table (monitor won`t be included) and chair. The internet is also working well and included. Therefore, you already have everything you need and only need to bring your personal belongings.
The kitchen is fully equipped and everything can be shared incl. the washing machine and dining table and our nice balcony with table and chairs.
The rent plus utilities add up to about 370€, plus the annual additional payments, which are taken into account here with 20€ plus a lump sum for furniture in the amount of 30€.
Der Luisenplatz ist 7 Min. zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rhein/Neckerstr. erreicht du in 3 min zu Fuß. Bis zum Fitness First braucht du nur 1 Min. zu Fuß. Wir haben einen großen Park 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo du mal eine kleine Pause bei der Arbeit einlegen kannst für einen Spaziergang oder joggen kannst oder auch mal ein Picknick mit Freunden machen kannst.

Luisenplatz is in 7 min. walking distance from the apartment. The bus stop Rhein/Neckerstr. can be reached in 3 min on foot. Fitness First is right around the corner. We have a large park 2 minutes away, where you can take a break during your work for a walk or jog or make a picnic with friends.
In der WG wirst du zusammen mit zwei anderen wohnen. Ein Mitbewohner schreibt gerade seine Prüfungen in Bachlor Bauinginieurwesen an der FH und arbeitet nebenbei, also ist im Momnet sehr beschäftigt. Er ist sehr offen und nett und mag gerne Sport zu treiben, zu kochen und ab und zu lädt er einen oder zwei Freunden zu sich ein. Mit ihm kannst du auf Deutsch, Englisch und Arabisch gute Gespräche führen. Der andere Mitbewohner spricht Portugesich, Deutsch und Emglisch und macht sein Studiekolleg und wird mit seinem Studium in IT-Bereich bald anfangen. Er ist sehr mit seinem Studium beschäftigt, ist sympatisch und nett und besucht zur Zeit seine Familie im Heimatland. Auch wenn jede(r) bei uns die eigene Routine, Ruhe und Privatsphäre hat, finden wir es sehr nett immer wieder mal uns in der Küche / auf dem Balkon zusammen zu setzen und zu quatschen, miteinander zu essen oder was zu spielen. Wir suchen eine Person für unsere WG, die offen und sympathisch ist und es auch mag das Miteinander zu genießen und mitzugestalten. Außerdem ist es uns wichtig dass jede(r) Verantwortung für das Zusammenleben übernimmt und sich um die WG-Angelegenheiten kümmert, wie Einkaufen von Klopapier, Spühlmittel, Putzen und Müllentsorgung.

In the shared flat you will live together with two others. One roommate is currently writing his exams in Bachelor Civil Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences and is working on the side, so he is very busy at the moment. He is very open and nice and likes to do sports, cook and sometimes he invites one or two friends to his place. With him you can have good conversations in German, English and Arabic. The other roommate speaks Portuguese, German and English and is doing his college and will start his studies in IT field soon. He is very busy with his studies, is sympathetic and nice and is currently visiting his family in his home country. Even though we each have our own routine, quiet and privacy, we find it very nice to sit together in the kitchen / on the balcony every now and then and chat, eat together or play something. We are looking for a person for our WG, who is open and sympathetic and also likes to enjoy the togetherness and co-create. It is also important to us that everyone takes responsibility for living together and takes care of the WG affairs, such as shopping for toilet paper, detergent, cleaning and garbage disposal.
