Schönes, helles und großes Zimmer (24qm) mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Einige Möbel sind gegen eine Gebühr erhältlich (ca. 150 EUR). Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen und um Freunde zu empfangen.
Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, also kommt man sich morgens nicht in die Quere. Die Küche ist mit allem möglichen ausgestattet, Cerankochfeld, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und einem gelben Kühlschrank... Sie ist groß und hat eine gemütliche Eckbank, wo deine Freunde Platz haben. Unsere Waschmaschine ist im Keller, wo es auch genügend Platz gibt um die Klamotten aufzuhängen

Beautiful, bright and big room with direct acess to the balcony. Some furniture is available for a price (around 150 EUR). Nice space to relax and have your friends over.
The bathroom and the toilet are separated, so no busy times in the morning. The kitchen has everything: oven and back oven, dishwasher and a yellow fridge. It is big and has a comfortable sofa, in which you can have a place for your friends. Our washing machine is in the basement, where there is also enough room for hanging your clothes.
Die WG ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Es gibt 2 Busstationen in der Nähe mit Bussen (WE, R, Nightliner,... ) , die ca. alle viertel Stunde fahren. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 8min und der Luisenplatz in ca. 10min mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Nachtbus von Frankfurt braucht nur eine Stunde zu unserer Haltestalle. Parkplätze für Autos stehen für Mieter vor der Haustür kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist direkt neben Lidl und 2 Gehminuten von REWE Center entfernt. Außerdem wohnen wir sehr in der Nähe der Boulderhalle und anderen Sportangeboten.

The WG is very well connected to the public transport system. There are 2 bus stops close, with buses (WE, R, Nightbus) that come every 15 minutes. The central station is reachable in about 8 minutes by the bus, as well as the Luisenplatz is reachable in about 10 minutes. The Nightbus from Frankfurt takes only one hour to our bus stop. Parking lots for tenants are available at the entrance. The flat is next to Lidl and it is about 2 minutes from Rewe Center. We also live close to the Boulderhalle and other sports facilities.
In der WG werden Miguel (30) und Alberto (26) wohnen.
Miguel kommt aus Kolumbien und beendet gerade seinen Master in Papiertechnik. Alberto kommt aus Chile und hat gerade seinen Abschluss in Computer Science Engineering gemacht.
Beide sind sehr freundliche Jungs und immer für einen Plausch zu haben, gemeinsam zu kochen, zu essen oder etwas außerhalb des Hauses zu unternehmen. Albertos zweites Haus ist das Boulderhaus 😂. Sie freuen sich darauf, die gute Stimmung in der WG beizubehalten, also suchen wir offene und nette Leute.

In the WG will stay Miguel (30) and Alberto (26).
Miguel is from Colombia and is finishing his master in paper engineering. Alberto is from Chile and just graduated in Computer Science Engineering.
Both are very friendly guys and are always up for a chat, cooking or eating together or doing stuff outside the house. Alberto’s second house is the Boulderhaus 😂. They are looking forward to keep the good vibe in the WG, so we are looking for open and nice people.
