Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, hell, geräumig, mit hoher Decke. Die Möbel kann ich dir gerne überlassen (Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal, Schrank, etc). Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 qm groß mit 3 Zimmern, Bad und Küche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich Nähe Darmstadt Hbf.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür (1 Min.)
Gute Anbindung ins Zentrum (ca. 10 Min., Busse alle 10 Min.)
Rewe circa 5 Min. entfernt mit Bus, ca. 20 Min zu Fuß
Kiosk und Imbiss direkt nebenan.
Ruhige Lage, schöner Garten vor der Haustür zum Grillen usw.
Die Mitbewohner sind 2 netten Jungs (28-31, student und berufstätig). Es gibt wie gesagt einen Garten, wo gemeinsam gegrillt oder Bier getrunken werden kann.
Es gibt eine eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung und ein Trockenraum im Keller.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine).
Schnelles Internet ist vorhanden.
