Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus und nicht direkt an der Straße. Daher die ruhige aber zentrale Lage.

Bessungen ist ein lebendiger Stadtteil mit kulturellen Angeboten.

Bis zur nächsten Straßenbahn "Bessunger Straße" sind es 2 Minuten.
Die Straßenbahn kommt alle 5 Minuten. Mit dieser bist du in 10 Minuten am Luisenplatz.

Den Regionalbahnhof Darmstadt Süd erreichst du in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt dort Direktverbindungen nach Frankfurt, Heidelberg und Pfungstadt.

In der Nähe liegen jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die du innerhalb 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichst.

Darmstadt bietet ein großes Fahrradwegenetz in allen Stadtteilen.

Mitbewohner: Marius 28 Jahre alt. Ich studiere an der TU Darmstadt Lehramt an Gymnasien.
Aktuell arbeite ich an der Abschlussarbeit. Zu Hause koche ich gerne.

Das WG-Leben würde ich als eher entspannt beschreiben. Das WG-Leben bestand aus Gesprächen in der Küche oder spontanen gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten. Abends haben wir gerne mit einem Bier oder Bionade angestoßen.
Da es sich um eine 2er WG handelt hängt das WG-Leben zu gleichen Teilen von dir ab.

Wir haben super freundliche und ruhige Nachbarn, darunter auch viele Student:innen, die auch mal dein Paket annehmen, wenn du nicht zu Hause bist.

Wir suchen eine ruhige, saubere und freundliche Person als Nachmieter:in.

Wenn du noch Student:in bist, müsstest du eine Bürgschaft vorweisen.

In den Nebenkosten und sonstigen Kosten sind sowohl die allgemeinen Nebenkosten rund ums Haus, wie Warmwasser etc. als auch Strom- und Gaskosten, sowie GEZ und Internet enthalten. Die Gesamtkosten betragen ungefähr 420€

Der Umzug ist bereits vor dem 01.03. möglich

The room is 14sqm. A closet and a glass table can be taken over from the previous tenant without any discount.

The streetcar comes every 5 minutes. With this tram you can reach Luisenplatz in 10 minutes.

The regional train station Darmstadt Süd is a 10 minute walk away.
There are direct connections to Frankfurt, Heidelberg and Pfungstadt.

There are many restaurants and shops nearby, which you can reach within 5 to 10 minutes.

Darmstadt offers a large network of bicycle paths in all parts of the city.
