Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin ab dem 01.07.2022.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m^2 groß, mit zusätzlichem Stauraum am Fenster.
Es ist komplett gefliest und aufgrund der zwei Fenster sehr hell. Im Sommer ist es zwar warm, aber für eine Dachgeschosswohnung sehr angenehm.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Es kann aber sein, dass einzelne Möbelstücke noch übernommen werden können.
Die Kaution ist 300€
Für die Waschmaschine und den Ofen wird ein Abschlag von 90€ fällig.
Ansonsten beträgt die Miete 365€, darin ist alles enthalten, inklusive 25€ WG-Kasse.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Darmstadts, mitten auf der Einkaufsstraße am Luisenplatz. Bis zur Haltestelle "Luisenplatz" benötigt man ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind rund um die Wohnung verfügbar. Das Luisencenter bietet weiterhin eine Möglichkeit für regelmäßige Shopping-Trips. Auch Parkplätze und Parkhäuser sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Hof selbst gibt es momentan keine Möglichkeit ein Auto abzustellen. Für Fahrräder gibt es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit im Hof.
Deine zwei verbleibenden Mitbewohnerinnen heißen Yanitsa und Himanshi.
Sie sind beide berufstätig, sowohl im Zahnarztwesen als auch bei Eumet-Sat.
Wenn beide zu Hause sind kochen sie auch viel. Am Wochenende unternimmt jeder meist etwas für sich selbst, manchmal aber auch zusammen.
