Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert und wir sind die ersten Mieter. Sie ist voll ausgestattet, ebenso ist eine Spülmaschine und ein Waschtrockner (wäscht und trocknet) vorhanden.
Den Schlüssel habe ich im April 2022 erhalten und eingezogen bin ich im Mai 2022, deswegen sind die Möbel ebenso ganz neu
Zur Information: Es handelt sich um 2 von 3 Zimmer in einer WG (13qm und 9qm) die ZUSAMMEN vermietet werden.
Die Zimmer haben einen quadratischen Grundriss und bieten ausreichend Platz für ein Wohnzimmer mit Schreibtischecke, Couch und TV-Sideboard. Es ist schön ruhig und du kannst ungestört arbeiten oder lernen. Auch kannst du Lärm machen, dich wird niemand hören.
Das kleine Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit Kommoden und Kleiderständer und einem Boxspringbett.
Ebenso gehört ein Kellerabteil zur Wohnung, zum abstellen von Sachen.

Meine aktuelle Untermieterin hat die Möbel in den beiden Zimmer umgestellt. Hab die Fotos hinzugefügt.

The apartment is newly renovated and we are the first tenants. It is fully equipped, also there is a dishwasher and a washer-dryer (washes and dries).

For information, is a 3 room apartment, you will be renting 2 of 3 rooms (13sqm and 9sqm). You will tärent both rooms together.
The rooms have a square floor plan and have enough space for a living room with a desk corner, couch and TV sideboard. It is nice and quiet and you can work or study undisturbed. Also, you can make noise, no one will hear you.
The small room is fully equipped with chests of drawers and clothes rack and a box spring bed.
Likewise, a basement compartment belongs to the apartment, for storing things.

My current subtenant has moved the furniture in both rooms. I have added the photos.
Die Wohnung ist im wunderbaren Martinsviertel und der Herrngarten (3 min Fußweg) schon um die Ecke, für schöne und lange Sommernächte :)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und absolut super. Der Luisenplatz ist in 15 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Hauptbahnhof mit dem ÖPNV in 10 minuten. Vor der Haustür befindet sich die Haltestelle "Friedrich-Ebert-Platz" und die Haltestelle "Pallaswiesenstraße" ist auch nicht weit weg. Zudem kommt man schnell durch den Herrngarten, zur Haltestelle "Willy-Brandt-Platz".
Einkaufen kannst du im Rewe um die Ecke oder wenn du ein Stück läufst, kommst du zum Aldi. Ansonsten findest du alles am Luisenplatz oder im Luisencenter. Ein Tag und Nacht Kiosk befindet sich ebenso in dem Viertel, sodass man sich ein Notfall Bier mitten in der Nacht holen kann. :)
Ein super schöner Bio Laden befindet sich unterder Wohnung, ebenso sind verschiedene Cafes und Restaurants in dem Viertel. Auf jedenfall ein schöner und lebendiger Platz zum wohnen.

The apartment is in the wonderful Martinsviertel and the Herrngarten (3 min walk) is already around the corner, for beautiful and long summer nights :)
The location is very central and absolutely great. The Luisenplatz is a 15 minute walk and the main train station by public transport in 10 minutes. In front of the front door is the stop "Friedrich-Ebert-Platz" and the stop "Pallaswiesenstraße" is also not far away. In addition, you can quickly walk through the Herrngarten to the stop "Willy-Brandt-Platz".
You can shop at the Rewe around the corner or if you walk a bit, you can get to the Aldi. Otherwise you can find everything at Luisenplatz or Luisencenter. A day and night kiosk is also located in the neighborhood, so you can get an emergency beer in the middle of the night. :)
A super nice organic store is located under the apartment, as well as various cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Definitely a nice and lively place to live.
Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt. Linda kommt aus Honduras und kann dir Spanisch beibringen, außerdem kann sie super schöne Fotos machen und kochen. :)
Sie ist eine ordentliche, nette und pflegeleichte junge Frau.
Linda studiert Media Science in Dieburg und schreibt gerade ihre Master-Thesis. Nebenbei arbeitet sie als Studentin bei der Lufthansa im Marketing.

To live with Linda is super relaxed. She is from Honduras and can teach you Spanish, plus she can take super nice photos and cook. :)
She is a neat, polite and very kind of young woman.
Linda studies Media Science in Dieburg and is currently writing her master thesis and she works as a student at Lufthansa in marketing.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ideal und ich bin super traurig, dass ich wegziehen musste. Mein Arbeitgeber hat mich in eine andere Stadt geschickt und meine aktuelle Untermieterin zieht im Juni zurück nach Frankreich.
