The house super well located in Darmstadt is ready for rent from 10th October. the reason I move out of the WG because i will move to another city for the new job.
Now there are three girls living in the house, one Korea girl and two German girls. We are looking for the fourth roommate to take over my room.
The house contains a living room, two toilets, a shower, a kitchen, a basement, a garage, a parking place, and a garden. it is a really nice place to have BBQ in the garden in summer. the kitchen hat a dining table, that we can join our meal there together.
The house has its own washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, oven, and other appliances. The rent is 450 Euros per month in total, including all costs such as utility bills, internet bills, etc. (the costs may fluctuate slightly depending on the specific electricity usage)
My room is on the first floor with the living room and toilet/shower on the same floor. the room have 2 windows, because they faced to the garden so it is really quite. The room is 16 M2. All the furniture belongs to me. In the room, there is a double bed (2mx1m4) with 2 mattress, a sofa, 2 wardrobe, a big desk, a desk drawer, a chair, a bookshelf, 3 moving shelfs. The furniture cost 500€ in total.

Die Lage ist sehr gut :) Die Haltestelle vom H-Bus ist 5 min und die Straßenbahn in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Südbahnhof kann man innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten laufen. Auch den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Beide Bahnhöfe kann man jedoch auch mit dem H-Bus in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Die HDa liegt ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super. Zum Penny, Aldi und Rewe kann man problemlos zu Fuß gehen. In der Albert-Schweitzer-Anlage, im Akaziengarten oder dem Prinz-Emil-Garten, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, kann man sich wunderbar entspannen.
The location is very good :) The H-Bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and the tram is a 10-minute walk away. You can walk to the Südbahnhof within 15-20 minutes. The main train station can also be reached in 20-30 minutes on foot. The H bus drives to both train stations. The HDa is also a few minutes' walk away. The shops are great. You can easily walk to Penny, Aldi and Rewe. In the Albert-Schweitzer-Anlage, in the Akaziengarten or the Prinz-Emil-Garten, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes, you can relax wonderfully.

Pauline: Sie klettert gerne und arbeitet bei einem Unternehmen in Darmstadt.
Jiwon: Sie studiert und hört gerne Musik.
Sabrina: Sie arbeitet um gegen Darmstadt und macht gerne Yoga
Wir sind eine sehr entspannte WG. Wenn wir uns in der Küche sehen unterhalten wir uns gerne und ab und zu unternehmen wir was. Oft sind wir auch relativ beschäftigt, aber wenn jemand Lust hat, etwas zu unternehmen (alle essen oder kochen zum Beispiel gerne), sind alle sehr angetan und wir finden immer einen Termin dafür. Wenn du also keine reine Zweck-WG suchst, du aber viele eigene Sachen zu tun hast, ist diese WG genau richtig für dich.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan sondern achten darauf, keinen Dreck zu hinterlassen und jeder achtet darauf, regelmäßig Aufgaben im Haushalt zu übernehmen oder zu putzen. Das hat bisher immer sehr gut funktioniert. Die Gartenarbeit müssen wir auch selbst übernehmen, wie ab und zu den Rasen mähen oder Unkraut weg machen.

Pauline: She enjoys climbing and works for a company in Darmstadt.

Sabrina : She works in the near from Darmstadt and loves Yoga.
We are a very relaxed flat share. When we see each other in the kitchen we like to talk and we do something from time to time. We are often relatively busy, but if someone feels like doing something (e.g. everyone likes to eat or cook), everyone is very enthusiastic and we always find an appointment for it. So if you are not looking for a purely functional flat share, but you have a lot of your own things to do, this flat share is just right for you.
We don't have a cleaning schedule but make sure not to leave a mess and everyone makes sure to do household chores or clean regularly. This has always worked very well so far. We also have to do the gardening ourselves, like mowing the lawn from time to time or removing weeds.

Die WG ist eine internationale WG. Aktuell können alle Deutsch, aber es wäre schön, wenn für dich auch Englisch kein Problem ist.
Die Warmmiete von 450 € bezieht sich allerdings auf alles zusammen (inkl. Internet und GEZ). Wir machen es so, dass auf unserem WG Konto immer ein kleiner Puffer ist, falls die Nebenkosten höher ausfallen als erwartet. Der Puffer wird beim Auszug nicht ausgezahlt, dafür kann es aber auch passieren, dass man etwas zurückbezahlt bekommt von der vorherigen Person. Bei der Kaution ist es so, dass sie unter den Bewohnerinnen weitergegeben wird.
The WG is an international WG. We talk english and german together, but if you are only speaking english, it is no problem.
the warm rent of 450 € refers to everything together (incl. Internet and GEZ). We do it in such a way that there is always a small buffer on our WG account in case the additional costs are higher than expected. The buffer is not paid out when you move out, but it can also happen that you get something back from the previous person. When it comes to the deposit, it is passed on among the residents.
