Hello,
I’m Vania and will be moving out for 7 months to continue with my studies. Therefore, I have to leave the best shared flat temporarily. Our apartment has three rooms, a separate toilet and bathroom, a spacious kitchen for 3 people, a balcony, as well as a small storage room in the basement. The rented room is a 20m2 square in shape with west-facing windows.
The location couldn’t be better! The WG is located in the Woogsviertel area, just 3 minutes away walking from Rossdörferplatz which is a convenient bus stop. You can reach the city center and both TU university campuses within 5 minutes by bike or 7 minutes by public transportation. Most of the grocery shops close at 20:00 but can find a shopping facility that closes at 22:00 just 2 minutes away walking.
You will share the flat with Stella (circus artist and studies psychology) and Miko (teacher and media design student) who are the nicest flatmates you could ask for! Sharing our daily adventures is warmly welcome, they are open to do something together and in case you feel like it, you can simply retire to your room for more privacy or relax on the terrace. We have a weekly rotating schedule to keep the apartment clean.
The room can be rented with furniture and some decorations included for an additional bail. If you are interested and imagine living in the apartment, please send a message describing yourself and your hobbies 😊.
