Hello everyone!
I am planning to rent my room as soon as possible till the 20th of September.
It is a two-rooms apartment. The room is furnished. It has a bed with mattress, table, chair, sofa, closet and shelves.
The apartment location is very central. It's 15 min walking to Luisenplatz which is a shopping center, and 3 minutes walking to the tram station. The apartment is 5 minutes far from the train station by tram. The exact location and photos of the room and the apartment can be provided privately.
My flatmate is from China. She is very quiet and nice. Both of us are studying at TU Darmstadt. We have different daily lifestyle and therefore we don't have a lot of time to talk. The most important rule in our apartment is cleaning. We have a strict cleaning schedule that we follow. This apartment is a student apartment, which means that being loud at night is not acceptable since we usually have classes in the morning.
