I am offering available room for a student. The room is around 16 m2 area, the rent with all additional costs is fixed 500€. The room is completely furnished and quipped with a bed, wardrobe and desk with desk chair. There is also W-LAN with a very good connection. There is rather big bathroom that is shared with three other roommates. Kitchen is rather small but just big enough for every day need. The best part of it is the Dishwasher that is working non-stop.
The building is located in Saalbaustraße, that is close to the tram stop or bus stop. Everything is in walking distance; Luisenplatz 6 minutes, Herrngarten 10 minutes, closest groceries 3 minutes, gym 3 minutes,… everything can be reached within couple of minutes. There is even an outside area where you can leave your bike.
The WG life is calm and friendly, based on the respect to each other. The roommates are super nice and always available for a small chat, beer or just to be your cooking partner for a day. I'd say you will definitely be able to find a friend among super nice three flatmates that are going to stay once I will unfortunately have to leave them.
There is also basement used by everyone in the building where all the laundry is done. There are few washing machines and more than enough place to dry out your clothes.
Anna, the land-lady is very nice and very responsive, fair and understanding. I am sure you will not have problems getting along with her :)
The room is available as of 13.8. If you need it urgent, we can also arrange handover before that date :)
