Ich heiße Jonas, bin 25 Jahre und suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer super Lage in Darmstadt - perfekt für Studenten, aber auch wenn du arbeiten gehst bzw. eine Ausbildung machst bist du herzlich willkommen :)
Mit dir zusammen wohnen dann noch zwei Mitbewohner, einmal Alex der Hauptmieter der WG und Nils beide studieren jeweils in Darmstadt.
Die WG hat zwei Katzen, die Alex gehören und sind super liebe Kuschelpartner oder Entertainer 😇
Die Lage ist optimal, du hast direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle der Linie H und R (R sind zu Fuß 2 Minuten, H-Linie direkt vor dem Haus) und zum einkaufen sind direkt neben dir ein Aldi & Penny - langes tragen hast du also nie! 😅
Das WG-Leben ist bei uns immer entspannt, es gibt keinen Putzplan oder sonstiges aber es sollte immer eine gewisse Grundordnung herrschen :)
