Schönes helles Zimmer, mit hoher Decke. Ich werde das Zimmer unmöbliert übergeben. 2 Zimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Da noch ein Mitbewohner zum 31.10 auszieht. Und spätestens Februar 2023 wird auch ein drittes Zimmer frei.
In 10 min erreicht man die Haltestelle Kirchallee und kann von dort zum Bahnhof und Luisenplatz fahren. Zu Fuß kommt man in 10 min an den Bahnhof. Bis in die Stadt sind es circa 15min Fußweg
Derzeit leben wir noch zu 4 in der WG, ich und ein anderer Mitbewohner werden zum 31.10 ausziehen. Es wird auch ein Hauptmieter gesucht. Die anderen beiden sind 26 und Studenten.
Die WG besteht aus 4 Wohn/Schlafzimmer. 2 Toiletten und einem Bad. Dazu gehört noch eine große Küche, die als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden kann.
Da der Hauptmieter auszieht. Wird auch ein Nachfolger für ihn gesucht.
