ich suche für die Zeit, die ich im Auslandssemester bin, einen Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer wäre von Ende Februar bis Ende September 2023 frei. Danach würde ich selbst wieder in das Zimmer einziehen. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß, hat jedoch eine Dachschräge, sodass man nur in etwa der Hälfte stehen kann. Ich würde meine Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch) in der Zeit da lassen. Der Rest der Wohnung ist ebenfalls möbliert. Es gibt zusätzlich ein großes Wohnzimmer, das gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Hierfür am besten die Bilder anschauen.

I am looking for an interim tenant for my shared room for the time I am in my semester abroad. The room would be free from end of february until end of September 2023. After that I would move back into the room myself. The room is about 18 square meters, but has a sloping roof, so you can only stand in about half of it. I would leave my furniture (bed, wardrobe, desk) there during that time. The rest of the apartment is also furnished. There is an additional large living room that is shared. For this it is best to look at the pictures.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Darmstädter Hauptbahnhof in Richtung Innenstadt. Zu Fuß sind es zum Bahnhof 5 und in die Stadtmitte 20 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in unter 10 Minuten in der Stadtmitte und in ca. 20 an der Lichtwiese. Öpnv ist direkt um die Ecke. In der Staße selbst gibt es viele Parkplätze, man findet immer einen in der Nähe.
The apartment is located near the Darmstadt main station in the direction of the city center. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the city center. By bike you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes and in about 20 at the Lichtwiese. Public transport is just around the corner. In the street itself there are many parking spaces, you can always find one nearby.
In der Wohnung wohnen noch zwei Freunde von mir, Marius und Alex. Zum Zeitpunkt deines Einzugs werden beide mit ihrem Studium fertig sein und arbeiten, von daher ist es hier dann Abends eher ruhig und sie sind früh aus dem Haus. Grundsätzlich machen wir recht viel zusammen, wir kochen z. B. jeden Tag zu dritt. Wenn das nichts für dich ist, aber auch kein Problem. Hier hat auf jeden Fall jeder seinen Freiraum. Am Wochenende fahren die beiden meist in die Heimat, sodass man in der Wohnung ungestört ist. Grundsätlich trifft man sich hier abends schon gelegentlich mit Freunden, aber sobald die anderen beiden arbeiten, wird das unter der Woche nur noch selten der Fall sein.
Two friends of mine, Marius and Alex, live in the apartment. When you move in, both of them will have finished their studies and will be working, so it will be rather quiet here in the evenings and they will be out of the house early. Basically we do quite a lot together, for example we cook every day with all three of us. If that's not for you, no problem. In any case, everyone has their own space here. On weekends, the two of them usually go to their home city, so you are undisturbed in the apartment. We meet up with friends here occasionally in the evenings, but as soon as the other two are working, that will unlikely be the case during the week.
Wenn du Interesse oder fragen hast, melde dich gerne bei mir. Idealerweise kannst du vorher mal vorbeikommen, vor allem um die anderen beiden kennenzulernen. Es wäre uns wichtig, dass es zwischenmenschlich auch passt. Zur Not ginge das aber auch online, wenn es für dich nicht möglich ist, nach Darmstadt zu kommen. Freue mich, von dir zu hören!
