Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,

das Zimmer ist 17qm groß (ca 5 x 3,5 m). Es bietet also genug Platz für all deine Möbel.
Außerdem gibt es ein großes Fenster, durch das viel Sonne in das Zimmer scheint. Über dem Fenster ist ein Rollo befestigt, welches kostenlos übernommen werden kann (war bereits bei meinem Einzug da).
In der Küche gibt es bereits alles, was man braucht. Sie verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, einen neuen Herd und einen Backofen. Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen teilen wir uns alles.
Wir haben außerdem eine Spülmaschine und eine komplett neue Waschmaschine. Da diese erst vor zwei Monaten angeschafft wurde, hätte ich gerne einen kleinen Abschlag von 50€.
Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenstern und eine Dusch/Badewanne.
Es gibt außerdem noch ein Kellerabteil, in dem du weiteren Stauraum hast und vor dem Haus gibt es Fahrradständer.

Hello,
the room is 17 square meters (about 5 x 3.5 m). So it offers enough space for all your furniture.
There is also a large window that allows plenty of sun to enter the room. A blind is attached above the window, which can be taken over free of charge (was already there when I moved in).
In the kitchen there is already everything you need. It has a microwave, toaster, kettle, new stove and oven. We share all dishes, pots and pans.
We also have a dishwasher and a brand new washing machine. Since this was only purchased two months ago, I would like a small discount of 50 €.
The bathroom has a window and a shower/bathtub.
There is also a basement compartment where you have more storage space and in front of the house there are bike racks.
Die Lage der WG ist sehr gut. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist fußläufig 3 Minuten entfernt (Haltestelle Prinz-Emil-Garten).
Eine andere auch nur 6 Minuten (Haltestelle Goethestraße). Mit der Bahn ist man innerhalb von 6 Minuten am Luisenplatz.
An der TU ist man also in ca. 15 Minuten. An der Hda ist man zu fuß sogar innerhalb 15 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten.
Sowohl am Wochenende, aber auch während der Woche fahren die ÖPNV bis spät in die Nacht.
Am Hauptbahnhof ist man mit der Bahn innerhalb 15 Minuten.
Direkt neben der Wohnung liegt der Prinz-Emil Garten, wo man schön spazieren gehen kann.
Im Umkreis von 1km gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Netto,…), Bäckereien und Restaurants.

The location of the WG is very good. The nearest tram stop is a 3-minute walk away (Prinz-Emil-Garten stop).
Another also only 6 minutes (stop Goethestrasse). The train takes you to Luisenplatz in 6 minutes.
So you are at the TU in about 15 minutes. You can even walk to the Hda within 15 minutes and by bike in 5 minutes.
Public transport runs late into the night both on weekends and during the week.
The train takes you to the main train station in 15 minutes.
Right next to the apartment is the Prince Emil Garden, where you can go for a nice walk.
Within a radius of 1km there are various shops (Rewe, Aldi, Netto,...), bakeries and restaurants.
In der WG wohnen Maryam (30) und Abd (21).
Maryam macht momentan ihren Phd und spricht hauptsächlich Englisch, weshalb es von Vorteil wäre, wenn du ein bisschen Englisch sprechen kannst (muss nicht perfekt sein :)).
Abed studiert Informatik an der TU.
Beide sind sehr liebe Personen und es gab nie Probleme. Da wir alle immer einen sehr vollen und unterschiedlichen Tagesplan haben, haben wir nicht all zu viel Zeit miteinander verbracht. Abends quatscht man aber gerne mal in der Küche.
Insgesamt ist das WG-Leben also eher ruhig. Freund*innen oder Partner*innen sind natürlich immer wilkommen, da hat niemand ein Problem mit :)

Maryam (30) and Abd (21) live in the flat share.
Maryam is currently doing her PhD and speaks mainly English so it would be an advantage if you can speak some English (doesn't have to be perfect :)).
Abed studies computer science at the TU.
Both are very nice people and there were never any problems. Since we all always have very busy and different daily schedules, we didn't spend too much time together. In the evenings we sometimes like to chat in the kitchen.
All in all, flat share life is rather quiet. Friends or partners are of course always welcome, nobody has a problem with that :)
Ich ziehe aus der WG aus, da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe..
Bei Interesse oder Fragen schreib mir einfach, ich freue mich über deine Nachricht :)
Sowohl online, aber auch persönliche Besichtigungen sind möglich :)
Offizell wird das Zimmer zum 01.02.2023 frei, kann nach Absprache aber auch schon ein paar Tage vorher bezogen werden.
