Huhu,
ich ziehe Mitte April aus meinem WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim aus und suche einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist 6. Stock und man hat eine super Aussicht auf Darmstadt. Möbel sind schon drin. Ein Schrank, Bett, Matratze und Schreibtisch stehen dir zu Verfügung.
Das Studentenwohnheim heißt Karlshof und liegt im Norden von Darmstadt. Die Anbindung ist super. Die nächste Haltestelle ist 3 Minuten weit weg und der nächste Rewe auch ganz nah. Der Bürgerpark, ein großer Park mit breitem Sportangebot ist auch in Kürze zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Derzeit wohne ich alleine in der 2 Zimmerwohnung. Keine Sorge du zahlst dadurch keine doppelte Miete. Das Wohnheim sucht derzeit nach einem neuen Mieter für das andere Zimmer, da dort letzte Woche mein Mitbewohner ausgezogen ist. Generell kann man aber sagen, dass alle Leute im Wohnheim echt freundlich und cool drauf sind. Manchmal wird im Wohnheim eine Party geschmissen. Die sind immer super!
Solltest du viel verstauen wollen, gibt es noch einen eigenen Kellerraum, wo du alles unterbringen kannst. Einen Fahrradkeller gibt es auch.
Wenn du Lust hast ab Mitte April einzuziehen, kannst du dich gerne melden und kurz was von dir erzählen.
