da unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Anka auszihen, suchen wir einegesellige und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer sind ca. 16qm groß, haben hohe Decken und einen schönen Dielenfußboden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG eines wunderschönen Altbaus. Wir haben einen traumhaften Balkon (mit Morgensonne und Blick in einen begrünten Hof), ein saniertes Tageslichtbad, eine frisch-renovierte Küche und ein Gäste-WC. Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine sind auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Fahrradständer.

as our dear roommates Anka is moving out, we are looking for one sociable and open-minded roommate. The room is approx. 16sqm, have high ceilings and a beautiful floorboard. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building. We have a beautiful balcony (with morning sun and view into a green courtyard), a refurbished daylight bathroom, a renovated kitchen, and a guest toilet. Dishwasher and washing machine are also available. There is a bicycle cellar and directly in front of the house there is a bicycle rack.
Die WG liegt im schönen, studentischen Martinsviertel, das mit vielen Kneipen und netten Plätzen zum Ausgehen einlädt. In wenigen Minuten bist du im Grünen (Bürgerpark, Rosenhöhe, Herrngarten). Auch die Mathildenhöhe und der Riegerplatz liegen direkt um die Ecke. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Biomarkt, Aldi, Penny, Bäcker) sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 4-5 Minuten in der Innenstadt (Luisenplatz). Das alte Hauptgebäude der Uni, die Bib und das Schloss liegen auch weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Der H-Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür (Haltestelle Taunusplatz) ab und bringt dich in 5 Minuten zum Luisenplatz und in 15 Minuten zum HBF.
The WG is situated in the beautiful, student-like Martinsviertel, which invites you to go out with many pubs and nice squares. In a few minutes you are in the countryside (Bürgerpark, Rosenhöhe, Herrngarten). Mathildenhöhe and Riegerplatz are also just around the corner. Many shopping facilities (REWE, organic market, Aldi, Penny, bakery) are within walking distance. You can reach the city centre (Luisenplatz) in 5 minutes by bicycle. The old main building of the university, the library and the castle are also
less than 5 minutes away by bike. The H-bus departs directly from the front door (Taunusplatz stop) and takes you to Luisenplatz in 5 minutes and to the central station in 15 minutes.

Wir kochen gerne und so finden wir immer wieder in der Küche zusammen oder chillen bei schönem Wetter auf dem Balkon. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern verbringen gerne gemeinsam Zeit miteinander, nehmen aufeinander Rücksicht (wir sind eher eine ruhige WG) und unsere Zimmertüren stehen meistens offen.

We all like to cook and so we always find each other in the kitchen or chilling on the balcony when the weather is nice. We like to spend time together, show respect for each other (we are rather a quiet flat-sharing community) and our room doors are usually open.

We are looking for one open-minded housemates who occasionally have the desire for cosy evenings (cooking, drinking wine, playing games) and joint activities (e.g. concerts, theatre,bouldering) and share our sense of cleanliness and order (our cleaning plan really works:)).
