Ich möchte mein Gästezimmer für ca. 3 Monate +/-vermieten.
Ich bin flexibel bei der Dauer, aber ein ganzer Monat sollte es schon sein. Falls du also etwas langfristiges suchst / findest könntest du unkompliziert umziehen. Oder gerne auch bleiben, wenn es dir bei mir gefällt :)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat 13 qm. Bis auf das gemütliche 1,40m Bett könnten die Möbel aber auch im Keller zwischen gelagert werden. Ich habe noch einen kleinen Schreibtisch, der ins Zimmer könnte. Decken, Handtücher, Geschirr und co. können selbstverständlich mit genutzt werden.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, mit kuscheligem Sofa.
Die Wohnung ist in der Roßdörfer Straße, direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt der jeden Tag bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat, sehr praktisch.
Die Haltestelle Roßdörfer Platz ist 2 Minuten entfernt.
In gemütlichen 15 Minuten kann man zum Woog spazieren.
In die Stadt kann man auch in 15 Minuten schlendern. Also alles ganz unkompliziert
Ich arbeite von Montag bis Freitag, beim Sozialpsychiatrischen Verein. Nach der Arbeit freue mich abends noch was zu unternehmen oder gemütlich zu kochen, Tee auf dem Sofa zu trinken etc.
Ich bin offen für gemeinsam Unternehmungen und lustige oder ernstes Gespräche.
Alles kann nichts muss. Ein freundliches Miteinander sollte aber immer funktionieren.
I'm renting my guestroom for someone months. The moving in & out is flexible. One month is the minimum, and it goes up to 3 months +/-.
The room has 13 qm. Excluding the 1.40m bed I can remove everything. But you welcome to use all furniture, I also have a spare worktable if you need one. There are also towels, blankets and everything you need to feel comfortable.
The next tram station is Roßdörfer Platz, it's just 2 minutes away. Walking to the city center takes around 15 min.
I'm working as a socialworker, after work I'm going out, I'm up for cooking together or just talking.
All that can happen doesn't have to, as long as we can have a friendly atmosphere.
