Die 5er WG liegt im 1. OG und hat eine Grundfläche von etwa 111 qm. Das Zimmer ist nicht zu groß, aber ganz gemütlich und komfortabel. Die Sonne strahlt zwar nicht direkt in dein Zimmer, dennoch ist das Zimmer durch das große Fenster hell. Die Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (zwei kleine Tische, das Bett, der Schrank, der Stuhl).
Das große Zimmer hat einen Zugsng zum Balkon, der von den ganzen WG benutzt wird.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Herd, Kühlschrank, Kühltruhe, e.t.c.), Bad und ein Kellerraum.
Die Wohnung liegt am Noackstraße. Die Haltestelle Landskronstraße ist etwa 8-10 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Von der Haltestelle ist es etwa 8 Minuten mit dem ÖPNV bis Luisenplatz und 27 bis TU-Lichtwise/Campus.
Supermärkte sind in der Gegend zahlreich vertreten (Rewe, Aldi, dm befinden sich ganz in der Nähe).
Ich suche eigentlich einen Nachmieter/Nachmieterin bis Ende April für Untermietvertrag, verlängern kann man den Vertrag leider nicht.
