The 14m² are splitted into two rooms - one of the two rooms has big windows and is very bright. It is likely to seperate them into a room for work and a room for living. The bathroom is right next to it.
You have your own seperated entry!
The house is nearby the supermarket ("Penny") and close to the town centre. A beautiful park is close by. In the summertime you can get to the open-air bath in less than 10 minutes. The "Mediencampus" of h-da is within easy walking distance (10 min). The Train Station is 10 minutes and the bus station (Bus 671 to Damrstadt Hbf) only 1 minute away.
We are all students ourselves and are nice to live with. We do stuff together, especially during summer outside in the garden.
We are a somewhat orderly and organized community, so if you are someone who always leaves the dirty dishes in the sink or let your food rotten in the fridge, please look elsewhere. We are not crazy clean and tidy all the time, we just like a kind of civilized way of living together, respecting every member of this flat.
