Großer Gemeinschaftsraum/Esszimmer, großer Garten, alles saniert, Einbauküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette, ein weiteres Duschbad sowie eine Gästetoilette.
Die Miete beträgt 360€ warm, mit Internet und Festnetzanschluss.
Auf Wunsch kann das Zimmer auch möbliert gemietet werden!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.
Aldi, ein Imbiss, Post sowie eine Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Autobahn und in etwa 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Wir sind drei freundliche, männliche, 19 Jährige, die noch eine/n weitere/n gesellige/n Mitbewohner/in suchen.
Wir sind Raucher, rauchen aber stets draußen.
Wichtig für uns ist eine nette Atmosphäre in der WG, wir kochen öfters zusammen, und sitzen auch mal im Wohnzimmer und haben einen netten Abend :) dies ist also keine Zweck-wg!
Erreichbar bin ich über Handy und Email, meldet euch einfach wenn ihr Interesse am Zimmer habt, ich würde mich freuen :)
