Im Mietpreis sind bereits alle Nebenkosten und auch Strom, Telefon, Internet und GEZ mit drin. Das Zimmer kann auch Möbliert übernommen werden (über den Preis kann man nochmal reden). Auch wenn das Zimmer relativ klein ist lässt es sich eigentlich ganz gut drin leben und dadurch dass Wohnzimmer und Küche so groß sind fühlt man sich auch nicht beengt. Da ich vor meinem Auszug leider nicht zum streichen gekommen bin ist die Kaution nur 500 Euro (eigentlich beträgt sie 825).
Die Wohnung liegt zwar in Eberstadt, also ein bisschen außerhalb, aber man ist in zwei Minuten an der Bahn und der braucht man nur 10-15 Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Die Wohnung liegt abseits der Hauptstraße und das Zimmer geht nicht zur Straße raus.
Von den Mitbewohnern studiert ein teil noch und der andere arbeitet schon. Insgesamt ist es eine ehr ruhige WG aber wenn man mal feiern will ist es auch kein Problem.
