Hello,
I have been living in one room in shared apartment for last 3 and half years and was doing my masters in TU Darmstadt. Now that I have finished my masters and I am moving out from the apartment so I want to transfer my contract to another person now. If anyone want, they can get the full contract for long time or only stay until 31 august.
It is a very lovely and quite place for student to live. The apartment is only 20 minuets away from luisenplatz and TU Darmstadt. Aldi and Edeka is in only 5 minutes walking distance. And also the transportation is pretty good. Tram 1,6,7,8 going over luisenplatz in every 10 minutes. Tram station is only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It is also furnished, so no extra furniture is needed. It has good internet connection which is free of cost.
Earliest possible date to move is 1st of June. Please contact me asap.
