Du hast dein eigenes Schlafzimmer (ca. 15qm abschließbar) mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, riesiegem Schreibtisch und Regalen...
Die Wohnung (ca. 52qm) ist vollausgestattet mit 42" Plasma-TV, Ellipsentrainer, Sofa, Couchtisch, DVD / BluRay-Player.
Küche ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Kapsel-Maschine...
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in einem Gemeinschaftsraum und werden von allen anderen benutzt. Tiefgaragenstellplätze gibt es ab 50 € pro Monat (Darmstadt Bahnhofsviertel!). Ein Fahradkeller existiert auch, ist aber relativ voll. Es gibt noch einen Privat-Keller, da könnte man es aber auch unterstellen.
Lage ist direkt gegenüber der ESA ESOC (European Space Operation Centre).
Einkaufen:
- Im Hauptbahnhof ist ein Rewe City der Mo-Sa. bis 22:00h und Sonntags! bis 20:00h öffnet
- Mit dem Auto ist man in 8 Minuten im Kaufland, welches Mo-Fr. bis 24:00h und Sa. bis 23:30h geöffnet hat.
- Ein Real ist mit dem Auto ca. 6 Minuten entfernt
- Eine DHL Packstation (132) ist 4 Minunten zu Fuß entfernt
Mobilität:
- Mit Auto sind es nichtmal 4 Min. auf die Autobahn.
- Zur Tram sind es 4 Minuten zu Fuß und dann 10 Min. bis zum Luisenplatz (Stadtzentrum).
- Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuss.
- Der AirLiner zum Flughafen hält 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und fährt in 35 Minuten zum Terminal
- Fernbusse von EuroLines Touring, MeinFernbus und Sindbad halten 6 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt
- Ein Flinkster Opel Corsa steht 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und kann via Car Sharing gebucht werden, weitere Fahrzeuge sind am Hauptbahnhof verfügbar
Socialising:
- Im Hauptbahnhof gibt es Bäcker, Zeitschriften-Läden, Le Croque, Subway, Friseur.
- Nebem dem Hauptbahnhof ist eine Shisha-Bar und McDonalds
- In unmittelbarer Nähe ist auch ein monglischer Grill mit Buffet, Vapiano und eine Braustübe mit eigenem Bier.
- Das Kinopolis ist ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt (3D HFR, Sneak Peek jeden Mittwoch 23:00h)
Sport:
- Der Wohnkomplex ist unmittelbar am Stadtrand angrenzend zum Wald und einer Grünanlage direkt vor dem Haus.
- Mehrere Fitnessstudios sind 15 Min. zu Fuss entfernt (ab ca. 40 € pro Monat)
- Ein McFit liegt leider sehr ungeschickt, 6 Min. mit dem Auto oder 33 Min. zu Fuss
Ich bin berufstätig und unter der Woche nicht in der Wohnung, meist komm ich Freitag Abend und haue dann Sonntag Abend oder manchmal auch schon Samstag Abend wieder ab.
Du hast also die komplette Wohnung unter der Woche für dich alleine.
