Im ersten OG unseres Einfamilienhauses (rückwärtige Bebauung / zentral und trotzdem ruhig) befindet sich die angebotene Wohnung mit ca. 77 qm Wohnraum (Grundfläche ca. 92 qm; Differenz durch Umrechnung der Dachschrägen) + ca.10 qm Balkon Südseite = 82 qm: 2 Zimmer (ca. 13,5 + 16 qm),Tageslichtbad (ca. 8 qm), Flur (ca. 7
qm) sowie großem offenen Wohn-Essbereich mit ingetrierter Einbauküche (ca. 32 qm) und Zugang zum Balkon.

Gerne WG-Gründung
Griesheim liegt etwa fünf Kilometer westlich von Darmstadt und ist mit den Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 9 an die Darmstädter Innenstadt sowie den Hauptbahnhof Darmstadt gut angebunden. Die Bahnen fahren an Schultagen im 7-Minutentakt bzw. an Wochenenden viertelstündlich. Nächste Haltestelle (Flughafenstraße) in 2 Minuten Fußweg; Fahrtzeit nach Darmstadt Stadtmitte ca. 10 Minunten. Anbindung an Autobahn A5 und A67 in ca. 5 Minuten. Durchgehender Radweg nach Darmstadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Getränkemarkt) ca.5 Minuten Fußweg. Freibad und Hallenbad sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
