Hallo,
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer in Groß-Zimmern. Das Zimmer ist in einer 4er WG. Die Wohnung hat 2 Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
Das Zimmer ist 22m^2 und hat ein großes Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten (also sehr ruhig). Außerdem ist es voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch... )
ein 500Mbs schnelles Internet ist vorhanden. Die Miete beträgt 370€. Eine Putzhilfe die jede zweite Woche die Gemeinschaftsräume (Bäder und Küche und Flur) saubermacht, ist mit inbegriffen. Die Kaution beträgt 740€.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Darmstadt (in Groß-Zimmern).Die Anbindung nach Darmstadt ist allerdings sehr gut. Die Busfahrt zum Schloss Darmstadt dauert 20min. Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es geht um eine Studenten WG. Dementsprechend wird nur an Studierende und Azubis vermietet.
Derzeit wohnen 2 Studierende und eine Azubi in der WG.
Generell herrscht in der WG ein lockerer Umgang. Man ist nicht gezwungen zusammen Dinge zu unternehmen, allerdings quatschen wir ab und zu in der Küche oder spielen Tischtennis. Das kommt aber immer auf die Auslastung an.
Auf Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Ruhe wird ein großer Wert gelegt.
