Dein Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Einfamilienhauses. Im Erdgeschoss wohnt die Vermieterin zusammen mit ihrem kleinen Hund. Die Wohnung hat zwei identische Zimmer von denen ich eins bewohne. Des Weiteren gibt es ein Bad und eine Küche samt Ofen und Kühlschrank.
Die Wohnung ist in Groß-Zimmern, 17 km von Darmstadt und 4 km von Dieburg entfernt. Also ideal für Studenten der H-DA Dieburg. Mit dem Bus braucht man ca 25 Minuten nach Darmstadt und 10 nach Dieburg. Real, Lidl, Aldi, DM, Bäcker etc. befindet sich 200m vor der Haustüre.
Ich bin Student der TU-Darmstadt im zweiten Semester. Gesucht wird ein unkomplizierter Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin die längerfristig an der Wohnung interessiert ist, also keine Erasmus-Studenten.
