The room is located in a newly renovated basement apartment and is about 16 square meters. It is completely empty and unfurnished. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. Internet is available. The apartment is located in an apartment building with four parties of mixed ages. Occasional use of the garden is possible in consultation with the landlord.
Die WG liegt in der Heimstättensiedlung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle Pulverhäuserweg. Von hier kommt man schnell mit dem H-Bus oder dem Fahhrad zur Hochschule oder evangelischen Fachhochschule. Süd- und Hauptbahnhof sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit einem Discounter und einem Einkaufcenter ebenfalls nahe gelegen zwei Bäckereien, Metzger, Döner, Eiscafé und Sparkasse/Volksbank fussläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend ist ruhig und Wald zum spazieren nicht weit weg. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe den Sportplatz von Eiche Darmstadt.
The shared flat is located in the Heimstättensiedlung in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop Pulverhäuserweg. From here you can quickly get to the University of Applied Sciences by H-bus or bicycle. South- and the main station are also within easy reach. Shopping facilities include a discount store and a shopping center, as well as two bakeries, a butcher, a kebab shop, an ice cream parlor and a bank branch (Sparkasse/Volksbank) within walking distance. The area is quiet and the forest is not far away for walks. There is also a sports field nearby which belongs to the club Eiche Darmstadt.
Das zweite Zimmer in der Wohngemeinschaft ist zur Zeit leer und ebenfalls zu vermieten, jedoch nur befristet und möbliert. Wie das WG-Leben aussieht, kannst du also selbst mitentscheiden.
