The fully furnished room is one of 4 rooms of the shared apartment and has a very large window front to the courtyard (south). The room is equipped with bed, shelf, two desks and a room divider. Due to the large windows it is flooded with light during the day and thus supports the spaciousness of the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher and washing machine (8 kg). We do not tolerate ANY form of discrimination.

Das vollmöblierte Zimmer ist eins von 4 Zimmern der WG und hat eine sehr große Fensterfront in den Hof (nach Süden). Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bett, Regal, zwei Schreibtischen und einem Raumteiler. Durch die großen Fenster ist es tagsüber lichtdurchflutet und unterstützt so die Geräumigkeit des Zimmers. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine (8 kg). Wir tolerieren absolut KEINE Form der Diskriminierung.

The apartment in which the room is located has a very central location (2 minutes from the city center) and very good public transport location (3 minutes from Darmstadt's main hub "Luisenplatz"). In addition, there are many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (REWE - 7 minutes, Netto - 3 minutes, Alnatura - 3 minutes) and a bakery. In the parallel street there are many restaurants. Another important point is the proximity to the buildings of the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
Die Wohnung in der das Zimmer liegt hat eine sehr zentrale Lage (2 Minuten von der Innenstadt) und sehr gute ÖPNV Lage (3 Minuten vom Darmstädter Hauptknotenpunkt "Luisenplatz"). Zusätzlich gibt es in direkter Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE - 7 Minuten, Netto - 3 Minuten, Alnatura - 3 Minuten) und einen Bäcker. In der Parallelstraße befinden sich viele Restaurants. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist die Nähe zu den Gebäuden der Hochschule Darmstadt.

I (Leon) am currently writing my master's thesis for DFS and am therefore usually at home. The other roommate (Leon's childhood friend) is usually only at home in the evenings, but rarely eats in the WG. We like to play board games and have a dartboard in our living room. Personally, I love to cook and often do so up to 3-4 times a week. We'd be more than happy to schare these and other activities.
Ich (Leon) schreibe aktuell meine Masterarbeit für die DFS und bin dementsprechend meistens zuhause. Der weitere Mitbewohner (Kindheitsfreund von Leon) ist meistens eher abends zuhause, isst aber selten in der WG. Wir spielen gerne Brettspiele und haben eine Dartscheibe in unserem Wohnzimmer. Ich persönlich koche sehr gerne und oft bis zu 3-4 mal in der Woche. Diese und andere Aktivitäten können wir gerne teilen.
