Ist halt ein grosses Zimmer, Wohnzimmer kann auch mit genutzt werden. Grosse 3RaumWohnung - nach Auszug von Exfreundin muss ich die Wohnung halt untervermieten sonst krieg ich es nich bezahlt. Ergo macht das 500 Euro inkl. alles also Strom, Telefon, Internet, Gas und was sonst so wichtig ist... ;) Hochgerechnet sinds "nur" 450 aber ich hätte da gerne nen Puffer für Abschlagsnachzahlung, Nebenkostenabrechnung etc....
Perfekte Lage wenn man gerne liest. ;)
1 Minute zur Strassenbahn die aber dann ne knappe halbe Stunde braucht um einen in die Innenstadt zu bringen. ;)
Ansonsten sehr ruhig, 80 Jahre+ Mieter unten drunter die aber auch Lautstärke verzeihen und sonst auch recht ruhig sind.

Ich hab da Probleme mit ergo :
Ich hab kein Problem wenn du unterwegs bist und was trinkst aber ich will keinen Alkohol im Haus haben. Einzige Bedingung. ;)
