Ich suche einen neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin für ein frei werdendes Zimmer im Bürgerparkviertel. Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin zieht zum 15.5 aus unserer 2er Wg aus.
Das Zimmer ist zwar erst ab dem 1.6 zu vermieten, steht aber schon ab dem 15.5 frei, kann also Notfalls schon bezogen werden.
Die Altbauwohnung ist frisch saniert hat ein schönes Tageslichtbad und eine große gemütliche Wohnküche.
