ÖPNV-Anbindung ist prima: Ab der Wohnungstür läuft man 2min zu den Straßenbahn-Linien 4, 5, 7, 8, sowie L-Bus u.a.

Pakete kann man gleich um die Ecke abholen, wenn bei Zustellung keiner zu Hause war.

The attic flat in the cozy neighbourhood "Martinsviertel"* is located centrally. Through the beautiful city park "Herrngarten", you walk 14min to the inner city and 10min to the campus "TU Stadtmitte" with canteen and library.
Public transport connections are neat: From the flat door you walk 2min to tram lines 4, 5, 7, 8, as well as bus L among others.

Packages can be picked up right around the corner, when no one was home during delivery.

Groceries are available after 5-8min footway at tegut+netto, Aldi(+Hundertwasser house "Waldspirale"), Penny or Rewe.

Even nearer you'll find, among others, a kiosk with post office and outside postbox, Sparkasse branch office with bancomat, 2 pharmacies, general practicioner, organic shop, Döner, 2 bakers, 2 cafés, 2 hairdressers, 3 restaurants (one with bar), as well as 2 bike shops.
Little further are the Bürgerpark incl. low-priced swimming pool (outdoor & indoor) and sports fields, an ethically conscious bistro and 4 copy shops.

* Every Heiner (Darmstadtian) knows, that the Martinsviertel is the most beautiful quarter. ;) How splendid, that we happen to live in it!

Ich bin Mona (28). Ich studiere Physik, arbeite nebenbei im Pizza Hut. Ich tanze gerne, koche gerne und kümmere mich hier um Pflanzen in der WG, was den Garten mit einschließt. Ich bin interessiert in vielen Bereichen und mag interessante Gespräche.

Hallo, ich heiße Desna (21). Ich bin spontan und komme aus Indonesien. Ich studiere Wirtschaftspsychologie im 3. Semester an der h_da. Ich spiele regelmäßig Lacrosse (sogar in anstrengende Hitze) und gerne Ukulele. Ich bin auch Filmfreak.

Ich bin Kai (29), TUD-Alumnus und Software-Ingenieur. Ich halte Reden bei den Toastmasters, halte mich mit kurzen Workouts fit, schaue gerne Filme und habe eine PS4.

Huhu, Aaron (32) hier. Ich studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik, wobei das momentan pausiert ist. Ich bin Veganer, aber nicht militant. :) Mein Herz schlägt für Leid-Reduktion und Rechte für alle Lebensformen, durch effektiven Altruismus. Auch sonst bin ich für das meiste begeistert, was mit der rationality community zu tun hat: Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Psychologie, Transhumanismus, Futurologie, die technologische Singularität, Ethik, Philosophie, Hacking (i.S.v. kreatives Lösen beliebiger Probleme); außerdem Tischtennis & Beachvolleyball. Mein größtes Laster ist Serien Schauen. ;)

Insa (28) interessiert sich sehr für Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Gewaltfreie Kommunikation (GFK), studiert im 2. Semester internationale soziale Arbeit und zieht auch erst ein (am 1.6.).

Hey there, it's Aaron (32). I study computer science with business administration, although that is currently on hold. I'm vegan, but not militant. :) My heart beats for rights and reducing suffering for all life, through effective altruism. I am passionate about most things related to the rationality community: personal development, psychology, trans-humanism, futurology, the technological singluarity, ethics, philosophy, & hacking (i.e. creatively solving any kinds of problems); furthermore table tennis & beach volleyball. My biggest vice is watching series. ;)

Insa (28) is very interested in personal development and non-violent communication (NVC), studies international social work in the 2nd semester and is also just about to move in (on the 1.6.).

Noch ein paar Worte zur WG-Ausstattung - wir bieten:
Geschirrspüler, 2 Gefrierschränke, 2 Kühlschränke, Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung, Mikrowelle, Reiskocher, Kaffeemaschine, WG-Fahrrad auf Wunsch, Drucker/Scanner/Kopierer, Lagerplatz im Dachboden, Gitarre, sowie eine Menge nützlicher Sachen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung, z.B. Werkzeug; (absichtlich keinen Fernseher in der gemeinsamen Wohnküche)

Die Wohnküche (und das Haus mit Garten insgesamt) lassen sich als super gemütlich beschreiben! Das meiste besteht aus Holz und die Wände sind in warmen Farben bemalt. Das passt gut zur freundlichen WG-Atmosphäre.

Du kannst Dich mit Deinem Laptop im Garten sonnen - mit WLAN und Strom.

A few words on the flat share's facilities - we offer:
dishwasher, 2 freezers, 2 fridges, washing machine right in the flat, microwave, rice cookers, coffee maker, flat share bike by request, printer/scanner/copier, storage space in the attic, guitar, as well as an abundance of useful stuff for shared usage, e.g. tools; (purposely no TV in the shared eat-in kitchen [Wohnküche])

The eat-in kitchen [Wohnküche] (and the house with garden as a whole) can be described as super cozy! Most things consist of wood and the walls are painted in warm colors. That fits well with the friendly flat share atmosphere.

You can take your laptop to the garden to catch some sun - got WiFi and current there.
