The apartment has been renovated. The large room is equipped with new furniture, but offers enough space to bring your own favorite pieces. The room faces the courtyard, so it is very quiet. The kitchen is new and equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge.
In the yard there is a cozy seating area under old trees and the possibility to park bicycles. The rent is currently €585 warm and includes the furniture and utilities, including internet.
Das Martinsviertel ist ein lebendiges, junges und quirliges Stadtviertel. Der Bezirk ist geprägt von hübschen Altbauten, gemütlichen Straßencafes und kleinen Geschäften. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen sind fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Grünflächen und Parks, die zum Verweilen einladen. Many restaurants, bars and pubs are within walking distance. There are numerous green spaces and parks in the area that invite you to linger. The Martinsviertel is also culturally rich in events. It is a popular area for students, families and young professionals.
The room is located on the corner of Heinheimerstrasse and Liebfrauenstrasse (near Riegerplatz) and is very central yet quiet (courtyard side). The public transport stop is practically on the doorstep. Bank, laundromat, shops, bakery, pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. Herrengarten, the university and the city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
