Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, ist 60 Quadratmeter groß und hat 3 Zimmer. Sie ist hell und liegt direkt gegenüber vom Tengelmann. Das Wohnzimmer steht uns beiden zur Verfügung. Im obersten Stockwerk gibt es zusätzlich noch ein großes Mansardenzimmer. Das Cafe Bellevue ist nebenan. Es sind nur 5 Minuten bis zur TU und 10 Minuten bis in die Stadtmitte zu Fuß.
