Die Wohnung wurde renoviert. Die Küche ist neu und ausgestattet mit Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten sind im Hof, der Sitzplatz im Garten kann von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden.
Das große Zimmer ist mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet, bietet aber genug Platz, um eigene Lieblingsstücke mitzubringen. Das Zimmer befindet sich an der Ecke Heinheimer-/Liebfrauenstraße (Nähe Riegerplatz) und ist sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Die ÖPNV-Haltestelle befindet sich praktisch vor der Haustür. Bank, Waschsalon, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Zu Fuß sind Herrngarten, Hochschule und Innenstadt in ca. 10 min. zu erreichen.
The apartment has been renovated. The kitchen is new and equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave and refrigerator. Bicycle parking is available in the courtyard, and the seating area in the garden can be used by all residents.
The large room is equipped with new furniture, but offers enough space to bring your own favorite pieces. The room is located on the corner of Heinheimerstrasse and Liebfrauenstrasse (near Riegerplatz) and is very centrally but still quietly located.
The public transport stop is practically on the doorstep. Bank, laundromat, supermarkets, bakery and pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. Herrngarten, the university and the city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

The Martinsviertel is a young and lively district. The district is characterized by pretty old buildings, cozy street cafes and small shops. Many restaurants, bars and pubs are within walking distance. There are numerous green spaces and parks in the area that invite you to linger or do sports. The Martinsviertel is also culturally rich in events. It is a popular area for students, families and young professionals.
