Die spontanen Dinge sind doch meistens die besten! Deshalb suchen wir einen Mieter vom 15.3. bis 1.10. für unsere WG:
GERNE AUCH FRÜHER ALS 15.!!!!!!!
Die Fakten:
Du wohnst auf 15qm in einer gut geschnittenen 4-Zimmer-Wohnung im wunderschönen Altbau. Neben Dir sind Martin (22) und Sebastian (26) am Start, beide Studenten und auch sonst richtig gut drauf.
Es gibt ein gemeinsames (riesiges) Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und ganz neuem Herd. Für Autofahrer ganz praktisch ist der eigene Parkplatz neben dem Haus.
Inklusive ALLER Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Internet) beträgt die Warmmiete 329 Euro, die Kaution 700 Euro.
Update: Für den neuen Herd wird eine Abschlagszahlung von 50 Euro fällig. Und ich würde mich seeehr freuen, wenn Interesse an meinem Kleiderschrank (IKEA Pax) bestünde. Den gibts umsonst obendrauf!
