für meine zwei Zimmer in einer 2er WG suche ich zum 1.2. eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 24 und studiert Maschinenbau. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer wovon du dann 2 bewohnen würdest, das kleinere (Schlafzimmer) hat ca. 10qm und das größere (Wohnzimmer) ca. 13qm.
Die Miete inklusive allem beträgt 385 Euro und die Wohnung ist super zentral im Martinsviertel gelegen.
