Ich ziehe zum 1.04. aus dem ca. 16qm großen Zimmer aus und suche einen Nachmieter.
Habe mich hier 3 Jahre lang wirklich wohl gefühlt, was nicht zuletzt an meinen beiden Mitbewohnern liegt. Im Sommer wird es manchmal ein bißchen warm (Dachgeschoss halt), aber das geht schon, dafür muss man im Winter nicht frieren. :)
Zentral in Darmstadt. Zu Fuß benötigt man 10min. zur TU und Stadtmitte, ca. 2min. zur Haltestelle Taunusplatz (Linie H), 5min. zum Penny und 10min. zum REWE.
Es ist nicht weit zum Riegerplatz, auf dem im Sommer immer Open Air Kino ist, oder du kannst zur Mathildenhöhe, oder in den Bürgerpark.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner sind der Raphael (24, Maschienenbaustudent) und der Begir (23, Mathematikstudent).
Wir sind eher eine ruhige WG, also unter der Woche finden hier keine Partys statt und zum Feiern gehen wir aus der Wohnung. Haben aber gerne zusammen Fußball geschaut oder auch mal was getrunken und gequatscht.
Den Beiden ist es wichtig das du bitte NichtraucherIn bist. :)
