bei mir in der WG (DA, Martinsviertel) wird ab 1. Juni 2013 ein Zimmer (ca. 19m², 4. OG, Dachgeschoss) frei. Die aktuelle Miete beträgt 280€ (inkl. Nebenkosten, aber zzgl. Kaution: 450€), was für die Darmstädter Verhältnisse und für die top Lage unschlagbar ist! 5 Gehminuten zum Bus H (Taunusplatz) und L (Heinheimer Straße), Rewe, Netto und Penny zum Einkaufen und der Bürgerpark zum Chillen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wasch- und Spülmaschine + Herd + Mikrowelle besitzen wir auch! Solange die Chemie stimmt, es mit dem Putzplan läuft und der-/diejenige erwachsen auftritt, liquide + vertrauenswürdig ist und für mind. 1 Jahr einziehen will, sind wir sehr offen in Bezug auf unsere/n zukünftige/n Mitbewohner/in :) Bei Interesse bitte bis 30.
