A Bed, Wardrobe, Desk and chair are there.
There is a backyard (to put a bicycle and a small garden to relax), and a basement (with some storage).
Next Tram Station is Pallaswiesenstraße, with perfect connection to Luisenplatz (center), Main Train Station (Hbf.) or northbound (Merck, Kranichstein, Arheilgen)
The location is really good: a calm, nice part of Martinsviertel, with many Cafés and Restaurants, the best Park of Darmstadt the "Herrengarten" too (great for relaxing, walks, running).
Car Parking is free in the public, you have to look for a free spot sometimes.
University campus and also the city center are easily reachable by foot.
You have a relaxed flatmate who is at home most times and open for a chat.
If you like, you can cook together, have good conversations or stay by yourself.
A shared washing machine available in the basement, no extra costs.
There is no dishwasher. Everything else is there in the kitchen.
Moving in 1st Sep is the earliest, something like 5th or 10th Sep is more likely
Takeover of furniture (or not) can be discussed. (Wardrobe, Chair, Bed 90x200 cm, Desk)
Before that, I prefer a short phone call is prefered over short or long messaging.
Weekends or weekdays between 16.00-22.00 should work.
